- Is there still a free plan?
- Yes. The free plan is the full product — the complete deterministic engine, all seven asset classes, unlimited scenarios and sensitivity, memo generation and PDF export, and AI extraction 3 documents a day — capped at 3 active deals and 1 seat. No credit card required.
- What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
- Nothing is deleted. Your organization moves to the Free plan — 3 active deals, 1 seat, the full engine, and every export still available. Recording new portfolio actuals pauses (a Syndicator feature); everything else stays editable. Close or delete a deal to free a slot, or upgrade to Analyst for unlimited deals.
- What happened to 'free forever'?
- We kept the promise. Every organization created before July 21, 2026 keeps the full platform free, forever — no action required. Pricing applies only to organizations created after that date, and even those get a permanent free plan plus a 14-day full-featured trial.
- How does $89/mo compare to ARGUS or Excel?
- ARGUS runs $10,000–$18,000 per seat per year. Origentic Analyst is $89 a month — about $3 a day. Against Excel, the difference is auditability: a deterministic engine with per-field provenance instead of a dragged formula quietly changing the answer.
- Can I cancel anytime, and what happens to my data?
- Yes — cancel any time from the billing portal, effective at the end of the current period. Your deals, documents, and members stay in place, and exports (Excel/CSV and PDF) are available on every plan, always. We never hold data hostage.
- Do you offer annual billing and invoicing?
- Yes. Annual billing saves two months — Analyst $890/yr, Syndicator $1,890/yr. Invoicing, ACH, and annual order forms are available on Institutional contracts.
- Is a card required to try it?
- No. Starting free requires no card, and the 14-day full-featured trial every new organization gets requires no card either. You enter payment details only when you choose a paid plan.
